Daehoon is a Korean silversmithing practitioner whose work is imbued with Korean wit and humour. It expresses elements his own experience along with inspiration from organic living things such as humans, plants and animals. He has chosen coloured acetal balls to explore ideas of wearable objects in an interesting way to engage with the wearer. He feels the simple sphere is perfect to represent organic sculptural forms in a playful way.

Joung-Mee Do uses the traditional Korean jewellery making technique, Iybsa (inlay). She also incorporates traditional Korean textile patterns into metalwork using etching, and metal colouring techniques.
